About me

Hi, I’m Kamilla.

I’ve always been passionate about art and illustration. My journey started in secondary school, where I studied publicity and illustration. Later, I started following Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in 2015, but after a few years, I transferred to Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences instead, to study Illustration. I love experimenting with different techniques and styles during this time.

Over the course of my professional life, I’ve had the chance to work on illustrations, book designs, posters and brand identities. During my recent internship at an advertising agency, I discovered a strong interest in creating storyboards, concept design, and icon design, where I enjoyed merging traditional techniques with digital tools. I’m skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom.

I’m an enthusiastic and energetic person, eager to learn, and always looking for new, exciting opportunities. The benefit of having a diverse background allows me to be broadly oriented and apply my skills in different kinds of environments, while embracing new challenges as they unfold.

I find inspiration everywhere—from nature to everyday life—wherever I am, I’m always finding new ways to grow as a visual artist.
